Haji Saeed Laboratory School won 5 gold medals in open karate competition

Sports Desk: HajiSaidLaboratorySchool in Tongi has won 5 gold, 5 silver and 3 copper medals in various events at the Open Sitoryu Karate Competition-2023, organized on the occasion of birth anniversary of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The gold medal winners of HajiSaeedLaboratorySchool are Al Wasi, Rakin, Noor, Ayan and Siam. Organized by Sitoryu Karate Do-Bangladesh, the competition was held at PaltanCommunity Center in the capital on last Monday and Tuesday. At the same time, the students of IKU Bangladesh won a total of 9 gold medals, 6 silver medals and 9 copper medals in the competition. Md. Nazrul Islam, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Youth and Sports distributed the prizes among the winners as the chief guest at the event.

It has been noted that, more than six hundred karate players from different districts of the country participated in this competition.
