Entertainment Reporter: Zeenat Tamanna’s solo play ‘I Didn’t Think It Would Happen’ stars the popular actress of the time, Tania Brishti and Shaswat Dutta. Mili Basar, Pappu and many others are also present. The play will be aired on NTV on Friday at 9.30 pm.
The scenes have been shot in the beautiful location of Srimangal.Tania comes to Srimangal from London to take her mother. Upon arrival, she finds that Shaswat has somehow taken over her mother, Mili Basar. Shaswat does whatever her mother tells her to do. Tania suspects that Shaswat is plotting something out of greed for her mother’s property? The surveillance continues. Slowly, the extreme truth comes to the fore. The dramatic events, consequences and solutions begin.Talking about the play, Tania Brishti said that the story of the play is very wonderful. We went to Srimangal and worked very hard during the rainy season. The story is amazing, my audience will definitely see me differently in the drama.Mili Basar said, I don`t do much work anymore after going outside Dhaka. But the reason for doing this is for the role of a wonderful mother.Outside the character of a mother, I think that Zeenat has been able to portray the mother`s character quite well as a female director.I like the way she works in an organized manner. Regarding the drama, Zeenat Tamanna said, Murad Parvez is my drama guru.From the beginning of my career, I learned the art of writing scripts and producing from him. I tried my hand at the long serial drama `Smriti Alpana Anki`, first as an assistant director and later as an episode director. When I got the opportunity to produce a drama from that Vidyapeeth Filmhawker, it made me honored and responsible. And I am even happier to know that the drama is being aired on NTV. Earlier, my other play Bunohans was aired on this channel.
Zeenat Tamanna had earlier produced Bunohans, Tomarai Abeshe,Dark Angel series and several other plays. Recently, she has been producing Na Pande Chithi, Madhyavartini, Duiboon and some other solo plays. The plays will be aired on any channel in the country.
