Rajshahi Bureau: Food, chocolates and masks were distributed among the underprivileged children on the initiative of non-governmental development organization Social Welfare Organization and in collaboration with Rajshahi District Red Crescent Society. The food, chocolates and masks were distributed at 1 pm on Thursday in the Christian neighborhood of Durul.

Samrat Ali, Executive Director of Social Welfare Organization, Liakat Hossain, Chief Journalist of Rajshahi Bureau of Daily Ganakantha, Mahfuzur Rahman, Arif Hasan, Saidul Islam, Eklasur Rahman Ratul, Sakibur Rahman and Siam Hasan and others were present at this occasion.

Samrat Ali, the executive director of the organization, said the organization has always been working with helpless people. People are helpless during this coronation. Children are being deprived of nutritious food due to declining income of the rulers of the world. He is conducting such activities to put nutritious food in the mouths of all these poor children. The emperor urged the rich people of the society to come forward in this work. At the end of the speech, fifty indigenous children distributed food, masks and chocolates.
