Salman, Rashmika to begin shooting for ‘Sikandar’ on June 18

Entertainment Desk : Salman Khan’s upcoming film `Sikandar,` co-starring Rashmika Mandanna, will begin shooting on June 18 in Mumbai. The movie is directed by A R Murugadoss.

It`s celebratory news that Salman Khan’s ‘Sikandar’ is set to kick-start shooting in Mumbai. The first shooting schedule will commence with a spectacular action scene, 33,000 feet above sea level, aboard an aircraft featuring the `Tiger` actor, reports India Today.

The news was shared by Sajid Nadiadwala`s team on Instagram.


Ever since the film was announced, it has captivated audiences, generating immense buzz and anticipation. As `Sikandar` gears up for its first schedule, the excitement continues to build.

The film is bankrolled by Sajid Nadiadwala. Earlier, Sajid and Salman have collaborated on various films like ‘Kick’, `Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega`, `Mujhse Shaadi Karogi`, and `Jaan-E-Mann` among others. The film is set to hit the screens on Eid 2025.
