Md. Arafat Chowdhury : Alhaj Abul Bashar Abu, Chairman of Hotel Sea World Cox`s Bazar, has received the "Global Star Award 2025" in recognition of his significant contribution to art and social service.

The Honorable Minister of Information and Broadcasting of the Government of the People`s Republic of Bangladesh, Zahir Uddin Swapan, presented the award to Alhaj Abul Bashar Abu at a colorful ceremony organized recently at the Dhaka Regency Hotel in the capital.

The ceremony was attended by the organization`s Chief Advisor and Former Information Secretary Syed Margub Morshed, Rangamati-1 Member of Parliament Dipen Dewan, and prominent Nazrul Sangeet researcher and artist Ms. Ferdous Ara, along with prominent figures from various fields of the country.

This award was given in recognition of Alhaj Abul Bashar Abu`s long-standing contribution to industry, entrepreneurship development and social service activities. His well-wishers, colleagues and various circles congratulated and wished him well on this achievement.

According to those concerned, this award at the national level is not only a recognition of the personal success of an entrepreneur, but it is also a matter of pride for the tourism industry and local entrepreneurs of Cox`s Bazar.
