US-Based Entrepreneur Abdullah Al Azim Launches Ispahani Internet BBTS in Shashidal

H M Golam Kibriya Rakib : Md. Abdullah Al Azim, a native of Shashidal Purbo Para in Brahmanpara Upazila of Cumilla, has taken an initiative to promote digital connectivity, youth skill development and employment opportunities in his hometown while living in the United States.

Drawing on 14 years of experience in the information technology sector, he aims to help young people acquire professional skills, access international work opportunities and establish technology-based businesses. Under his initiative, Ispahani Internet BBTS, a brand of Ispahani Enterprise operating under BBTS Network, has begun its journey in Shashidal. The service is scheduled to be officially inaugurated on November 1.

Azim`s vision is to enable young people in Shashidal to work with international companies, earn from home, develop technical expertise and build their own businesses. Despite living in the United States, he currently supports more than 100 freelancers in Bangladesh. He also works to connect skilled and experienced professionals with opportunities at various US-based companies and provides guidance to help them advance their careers.

Ispahani Internet BBTS in Shashidal

The initiative aims to provide high-speed, reliable and affordable internet services in Shashidal while creating employment opportunities in the technology sector.

As part of the plan, local young people will receive hands-on training to become fibre-optic technicians and develop practical skills in internet service installation, maintenance and related technical work.

The initiative also plans to provide training and guidance to those interested in entering the internet business, including technical knowledge and basic business management skills. Azim hopes these opportunities will encourage young people to establish their own enterprises.

According to him, the project will not only improve local internet connectivity but also expand opportunities for skill development, employment and entrepreneurship among young people.

Plans to Connect Young People with International Opportunities

Azim believes that Shashidal`s young population has considerable potential. With proper training, technical knowledge and an understanding of international working environments, he believes they can work in the global marketplace from Bangladesh and earn foreign currency.

His plans also include helping unemployed young people develop marketable skills and creating new technology-based employment opportunities. He particularly wants to support those interested in pursuing careers in information technology or starting their own businesses.

Through practical training and professional guidance, the initiative seeks to help local youth become more self-reliant and competitive in an increasingly digital economy.

Other Business Ventures

Alongside information technology, Abdullah Al Azim is involved in international business. His travel agency, Nexus Travels BD, has its head office in Dhaka and, according to the information provided, holds its own licences and required authorisations.

He is also involved in supplying products from various US brands to Bangladesh, with products distributed to supermarkets across the country.

Drawing on his experience in information technology, travel services and international product distribution, Azim hopes to expand his business activities while creating new opportunities for young people in Bangladesh.

A Vision for Youth Empowerment and Self-Reliance

Rather than limiting his ambitions to personal business success, Azim wants to contribute to the professional development, employment and entrepreneurship of young people in his hometown.

Through internet services, technical training and practical employment opportunities, he aims to help them become financially independent and build sustainable careers.

His vision extends beyond business expansion. He hopes to use technology to unlock new possibilities for Shashidal`s younger generation. By expanding internet access, providing technical training, facilitating entry into international work environments and encouraging entrepreneurship, he aims to contribute to the development of the local economy.

If the initiative expands as planned, it could create new opportunities in internet services, technical skill development and employment in Shashidal.

Local residents and young people may benefit from the initiative`s potential to open new pathways towards self-reliance, professional growth and technology-driven development.
