Dr. Muhammad Mahtab Hossain Mazed: The Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2020 has caught everyone`s eye in the context of the global coronavirus epidemic. This year, medical scientists Harvey J. Alter, Michael Houghton and Charles M. Rice were awarded the prize for discovering strategies for detecting and treating the hepatitis C virus. Scientists discovered the virus about 30 years agoAccording to the World Health Organization, hepatitis C is one of the major global health problems. At present, 71 million people worldwide are infected with the hepatitis C virus. Every year 8 million people are infected with this disease. Hepatitis C kills four million people each year with liver cirrhosis and liver cancerHepatitis is a viral liver disease. There are five types of hepatitis in medicine. Hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. Hepatitis ‘A’ and ‘E’ are short-term liver diseases. It heals at one stage when rested. However, hepatitis B and C virus infections are fatal. Hepatitis B and C are responsible for 80 percent of all liver cancers worldwide. Hepatitis ‘A’ and ‘E’ are more spread through food and water, i.e. due to inadequate hygiene and sanitation system. Hepatitis C is one of the leading causes of chronic liver disease. It is one of the leading causes of liver cirrhosis and cancerDespite being diagnosed with hepatitis A and hepatitis B, scientists have long been obsessed with the hepatitis C virus. Hepatitis C was eventually diagnosed through the tireless efforts of those three Nobel laureates. Their research has also led to the development of treatment methods for this blood-borne disease. This drug was quickly discovered. According to the Nobel Committee, it became clear in the 1940s that two types of infectious viruses were responsible for hepatitis. The first is called hepatitis A. It is spread through contaminated water or food. The other type is called hepatitis B. It is spread through blood and other body fluids. Infections can lead to cirrhosis and even liver cancer. However, in the 1970`s, Harvey J. Alter and his colleagues at the National Institutes of Health in the United States noticed that despite the emergence of effective hepatitis B prevention measures, a significant number of hepatitis B patients were being found. But hepatitis ‘A’ or ‘B’ -The complications of these patients are not fully identified in the examination. Most of the infected patients received blood transfusions from others (blood transfusion). Studies by Alter and colleagues have shown that those patients actually develop new types of hepatitis. Alter A named the disease `non-A, non-B hepatitis`. A decade later, Michael Houghton and his colleagues sequenced the genome of the new virus. Finally, Charles M. Rice proved in 1989 that the new virus was completely different. It is called hepatitis C. Infection with this virus also causes cirrhosis and liver cancerThe World Health Organization has launched a program to eradicate the hepatitis C virus from the world by 2030. However, despite the discovery of drugs, no effective vaccine for the virus has yet been discovered. According to the World Health Organization, about one crore people are infected with the hepatitis B and C virus in Bangladesh. According to the data, more than 22,000 people die of hepatitis in Bangladesh every year. Hepatitis C in Bangladesh alone affects at least one percent of the population, or about 1.7 million people. The biggest problem with this disease is that its symptoms are very low, so even if infected, it is not easily caught. The patient does not understand anything. This can lead to cirrhosis of the liver. Medications for the disease are very expensive. Since there is no vaccine yet, it is best to take personal precautionary measures. Today, he wrote a column on hepatitisMM Majed, he writes in his column ... I want to make life successful, various steps, actions. The awakening of success is created in the life of human beings through the hand of dreams and through honest deeds people get success or life becomes successful. Health is your first step towards success in life. There is a saying ‘health is the root of all happiness.’ Hepatitis means inflammation (swelling) of the liver. A disease of the liver caused by a viral infection or by harmful substances such as alcohol. Hepatitis can occur with or without a few symptoms. However, in most cases, the symptoms of jaundice, anorexia and anorexia nervosa. Two types of hepatitis are seen: acute and chronic. Acute hepatitis lasts less than 6 months, while chronic hepatitis lasts longer. The disease is mainly caused by the hepatitis virus, which is caused by alcohol, certain drugs, industrial-organic solvents, and plant toxins. At present, about 256 million people are infected with the hepatitis B virus and about 61 million with the hepatitis C virus. By the end of 2015, only 9 percent of people infected with hepatitis B and only 20 percent of people infected with hepatitis B and only 20 percent of people infected with hepatitis C had been diagnosed with the disease. In addition, only 6 percent of infected patients received hepatitis B and only 6 percent received treatment for hepatitis C. Ninety percent of patients infected with the hepatitis B and C viruses are out of treatment. If hepatitis is not treated in the beginning, it becomes fatal.Hundreds of thousands of people in Bangladesh today are infected with Hepatitis-B. Many of them are infected again. About 25 percent of those infected with hepatitis B suffer from liver failure. Every year thousands of children are infected with this disease. How does this virus come into the body? The virus is transmitted from one body to another through vertical transmission. Hepatitis B is transmitted to the baby from the mother`s body. Most of the time the baby`s infection is chronic. The second reason is horizontal transmission, that is, the transmission of disease from one body to another. Such as blood transfusions, sexual intercourse, dialysis, needles, salon blades, etc. The word hepatitis comes from the ancient Greek word "hyper" meaning liver and the Latin word itis meaning inflammation, meaning hepatitis means structural changes and inflammation of liver cells. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver caused by infectious or poisoning such as jaundice, fever, liver enlargement and abdominal pain.

Types of hepatitis 6 - 1. Hepatitis `A` virus 2. Hepatitis `B` virus 3. Hepatitis C virus 4. Hepatitis `D` virus and 5. Hepatitis `E` virus, 5 types of hepatitis virus are discussed below.

Hepatitis A: Hepatitis A is caused by the hepatitis A virus. It is the most common hepatitis. It is more common in places where sanitation and drainage systems are poor. It is usually transmitted through contaminated food and water. It is a short-term disease, the symptoms of which usually go away within three months. There is no specific treatment for hepatitis A without the use of ibuprofen as a painkiller. Hepatitis A can be prevented by vaccination. Such as potential sites of infection; Those who travel to the Indian subcontinent, Africa, Central and South America, the Far East and Eastern Europe may be advised to get vaccinated against hepatitis.

Hepatitis B: Hepatitis B is caused by the hepatitis B virus. It is transmitted through body fluids such as blood and semen and vaginal fluids. It is usually transmitted into the bloodstream through unprotected sex or an injection syringe. It usually occurs in drug users. The disease is most common in India and China, Central and Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. People infected with hepatitis B can prevent the infection on their own and become infected within about two months. However, the infected person falls into extremely uncomfortable situations during the infection, but it usually does not cause any far-reaching damage. In a small number of people, however, the infection is long-term, called chronic hepatitis B. Hepatitis B vaccine is available. The vaccine may be recommended for drug users and those living in high-risk areas.

Hepatitis C: Hepatitis C is caused by the hepatitis C virus. It is usually found in the blood and in very rare cases in the saliva, semen or vaginal fluid of an infected person. Since it is usually found in the blood, the disease is spread by blood-to-blood contact. The symptoms of this disease are very similar to flu, so many people confuse it with the common flu. Many patients can prevent the infection on their own and become virus free. In many cases, the virus can last for several years, in which case it is called chronic hepatitis C. People with chronic hepatitis C may take a number of antiviral drugs, but may also experience some unpleasant side effects. No specific hepatitis C vaccine is available yet.Alcoholic Hepatitis: It can be seen by drinking a lot of alcohol. Drinking large amounts of alcohol can damage the liver, leading to hepatitis. It usually has no symptoms, only a blood test can detect it. If a person with alcoholic hepatitis is an alcoholic

If it continues, it can be very risky. In that case, cirrhosis of the intestines and liver failure may stop.

More different types of hepatitis

Hepatitis D: Hepatitis D is caused by the hepatitis D virus. It can only occur in people who have had hepatitis B. Hepatitis D can only survive with hepatitis B.

Hepatitis E: Hepatitis E virus is caused by Hepatitis E virus. It is short-lived and has low intensity. In this case, the transmission from person to person is less.

Autoimmune Hepatitis: It is not a long term disease. In this case, the white blood cells invade the liver. This can lead to catastrophic liver failure. The exact cause of this disease is not yet known. Symptoms include fatigue, lower abdominal pain, joint pain, jaundice (yellowing of eyes and skin) and cirrhosis. .Steroid drugs (prednisolone) can reduce swelling and control the disease within a few weeks.

★ Myasmatic causes: * Sora * Syphilis * Psychosis * Tubercular.

★ Cause: * Virus - Hepatitis `A` virus; Hepatitis B virus; Hepatitis C virus; Hepatitis `D` virus; Hepatitis `E` virus * can be transmitted from one person to another. Drinking a glass of water directly from the mouth or kissing the face of an infected person; Can come indirectly such as can come from clothes. * If there is an infected person in densely populated areas then it can spread. * Children are more affected. * Easily spread through water, milk and seal fish etc. * Due to unhealthy environment. * Giving and receiving blood Through * Alcohol.

All the symptoms that can be seen.

* Jaundice, * Nausea, vomiting, * Jaundice may occur, * Diarrhea. * Muscle and joint pain, * Vibration * Loss of appetite. * May have fever, * High temperature (36 degrees centigrade or 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher)* Feeling sick, * The white part of the skin and eyes turn yellow. * Headache * Pain all over the body, * Occasional yellowing of eyes and skin (which may cause jaundice) * Symptoms of chronic hepatitis * Fatigue from time to time, * Yellowing of urine. * Depression or depression, * Weight loss * Cervical lymph nodes may increase. * General feeling of illness * Anemia * Liver space is sensitive. * Hives and skin diseases can occur in the body. ঃ Hepatitis prevention in homeopathy: The disease is not the patient is treatedAccording to Hahnemann`s Homoeopathic Regulations, it is possible to treat a person with a complex complex disease, including hepatitis, by the grace of God, if the treatment is based on a combination of individual vivic symptoms and metallic methods. There is no such thing as eternal truth in medical science. Because once we heard that there is no cure for tuberculosis, now we hear that tuberculosis is good. All this is the result of the progress and development of science. Hepatitis treatment is the most popular treatment method in homeopathy. Homeopathic treatment is done by selecting medicines on the basis of overall symptoms. This is the only medical procedure by which all the signs and symptoms of the patient`s pain can be removed and the state of complete health can be restored. According to the 2016 data of BBC News, about 40% of the patients in the country are cured by taking homeopathic treatment"Hepatitis is a liver-centered disease, so I think a patient with hepatitis should always be free of constipation. Foods or activities that cause constipation should not be done under any circumstances. Drugs and tobacco Must be free of goodsSleepless nights should not be spent. Regular bathing and cleaning should be done. According to allopathy theory, hepatitis is called "life time carry" disease, meaning this disease must be carried in the body for lifeHomeopathy has a history of curing the disease in some cases who are currently living abroad. I strongly believe that 40% of hepatitis patients can be cured in homeopathy if the patient is patient and sincere and the doctor is also skilled★ Homeopathy: -Homeopathic treatment It is not easy to choose medicine for Hepatitis-C disease. The following drugs are used to treat the symptoms of this disease. Such as Mercury soliubilis, Netramsulf, Chelidonium, Carduas-marinas, Chionanthas-virginica, China, Lycopodium, Naxvamika, Iodium, Loroceresas, Acid muria, Phosphorus, Magnesia, MagnesiaSignificant.notable citable unusualnoteworthy mentionable Even then, no medicine should be taken without the advice of a specialist. In homeopathy, it is not possible to diagnose any medicine for any disease.
