Press Release: The 10th Annual General Meeting of Agrani Equity and Investment Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank Limited, was held today, Tuesday, July 28, 2020, via video conference. Honorable Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrani Equity and Investment Limited. The meeting was chaired by Zayed Bakht and was attended by Kashem Humayun, Board Member of the Bank, Mrs. Mahmuda Begum (Additional Secretary, Department of Economic Relations), Mohammad Shams-ul Islam (MD & CEO, Agrani Bank Ltd.). Md. Anisur Rahman (DMD, Agrani Bank Ltd.), Mrityunjay Saha (Joint Secretary, Ministry of Finance) and CEO Ahmed Yusuf Abbas participated. Company Secretary Mrs. Arundhati presided over the meeting. The meeting approved the minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting and approved the financial statements for the year 2019.
