Eid-e-Miladunnabi discussions held at Fareast University

Staff Correspondent: Islamic Studies Department of Fareast International University organized a discussion meeting and Milad Mehfil on the occasion of Eid-e-Miladunnabi (SM) on Friday at the university campus.

Dr. Md. Shahjahan Kabir, head of the department presented the key note paper upholding the significance and statures of the day.

Professor Md.  Alauddin Mia, Md. Moshiur Rahman, Registrar and ex-student Dr. Saiful Islam among others delivered speech dwelling upon various aspects and importance of the day urging the students to build up their characters through learning the noble character of Prophet Mohammad (SM).

Dr. Md. Arif Hossain presided over the ceremony while Dr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan conducted prayer ceremony seeking blessings for the Muslim community and mankind as well.

At the end of the function some offertory refreshments were served among the attendees of the function.
