Phulpur correspondent: A 9-member partial convening committee of Bangladesh Nationalist Sramik Dal has been formed in Phulpur, Mymensingh. Azizul Islam Aziz has been elected as the convener and Saddam Hossain as the member secretary of the newly formed committee.
The list of the convening committee signed by Mymensingh District Sramik Dal President Mohammad Abu Said and General Secretary Mofidul Islam Mochan was published on Saturday night. Along with this, the District Sramik Dal has directed to form a full-fledged convening committee of 31 members within the next 7 days. The leaders and activists of the party have expressed happiness over the formation of a new committee of Sramik Dal in Phulpur after a long time. However, some leaders and activists of the Upazila Sramik Dal have taken a stand against the newly formed committee.
