Causes and remedies for various types of arthritis pain in winter

Dr. Muhammad Mahtab Hossain Mazed: Arthritis is a type of disease. This disease is caused by the accumulation of uric acid in the bones or joints of the body. Arthritis pain occurs with age or in a hereditary way. The acute pain caused by arthritis is very difficult for the patient to bear. There are various treatments for arthritis pain. But once this pain occurs, it often causes a condition in which the patient cannot get up until he leaves the bed. Again, more or less many of us are suffering from neck, back or waist pain, many of them are suffering from back, neck, back and waist pain, men and women of different ages. Older women in particular suffer the most. Although there is mild pain in the spine due to non-traumatic pain, the symptoms of the disease later appear in other parts of the body. Therefore, the first thing that is needed for spinal pain is diagnosis and proper and effective treatment. If not, the patient`s pain will continue to increase. Today, Dr. MM Mazed, a prominent homeopathic researcher in Bangladesh and founder of Bangladesh Patient Welfare Society, writes in his column about arthritis pain. According to the structure of our spine, the first 7 bones or vertebrae from the base of the skull to the neck, the next 12 bones to the back, the lower 5 bones below the hip are formed as a result of aging of the cartilage or disc between the bones below the spine. This change in cartilage is accompanied by a change in the sensitivity towards the lower part of the spine. This change usually starts at the age of 30. In most cases there are no symptoms of this disease. However, with age, the symptoms of the disease also increase.

This pain is caused by movement, excessive weight lifting, excessive movement of the spine, constant sitting or standing, or injury to the spine, and, above all, to the position of the waist.Other causes include age-related spinal deformity, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis, spinal neuralgia, tumors, cancer, bone marrow tuberculosis, lumbar spine problems, various visceral diseases, varicose veins, infectionsProblems, malnutrition, obesity, overweight, etc.* Symptoms: -Low back pain may increase slowly or there may be sudden onset of severe pain. Pain may be more or less intense during movement or work. The pain may be in the waist or may extend from the waist to the legs or from the legs to the waist. In many cases, the pain may extend from the waist to the back of the spine to the head. The patient cannot sit or stand for long. Shin-shin or tingling pain in the legs may accompany the pain, the legs may be stretched or stuck while walking, the pain may be in both legs or any one of the legs. The pain is lessened by lying in bed a lot of the time. If this continues for a long time, the capacity of the patient`s waist and leg muscles decreases and it may become dry, above all the patient loses the ability to move.

* Keep heavy things close to the body.

* Do not stand for more than 10 minutes.

* Do not lean forward without breaking the knee.

* If you want to walk or stand for a long time, do not wear high heels. * If you want to stand for a long time, take body weight from one foot to the other after a while.Sitting time: -* Do not move your chair too far from the table. * Do not lean forward.

* Support the back of the waist.

* Sit in such a way that the thighs are parallel to the ground. * Do not sit on a soft mattress or spring sofa or chair. * Do not move away from the steering wheel while driving. * Sit up straight.

* Use lumbar corset during travel pain. * If the back pain is more, the rules of lying down and getting up from the bed, bend one knee while lying down. * Now bend the other knee. Place both hands on the bed. * Now slowly lean to one side* Hang your legs off the bed, then slowly sit up with the weight on the elbows of the tilted hand and the palm of the other hand. * Sit with the weight on both hands.

 And keep your feet on the floor. Now lean forward with the weight on both hands.

★ Wear low heel shoes or sandals according to the rules that girls should follow, the heel height of different shoes should not be different.

* When cutting vegetables, grinding spices, washing clothes and cleaning the house, keep the spine in normal condition and keep the waist straight. * Do not take the child in your lap with the waist bent. * Sweep, keep the waist straight while pressing the tubewell.

* Standing for hours on end in marketing or shopping

If you want to stay, sit for a while to rest after standing or walking for 10 to 15 minutes.

Change eating habits
