MA Mannan, Bhola: Bangladesh Mujahid Committee, Borhanuddin Upazila Branch in Bhola organized a prayer mahfil in memory of the 4 martyrs of the historic 20th October 2019. This meeting, held on October 21, was divided into two sessions. Renowned scholars of the country discussed the significance of martyrdom, the value of the blood of martyrs, and the things that the Muslim Ummah should do. In the first session of this meeting, the topic of commemorating the martyrs and things that should be done was discussed. Maulana Makshudur Rahman, Assistant Professor, Borhanuddin Kamil Madrasa, delivered the opening speech at the meeting. The speakers called for maintaining the continuity of the faith, sacrifice and movement gained in exchange for the blood of martyrs. The speakers were, Maulana Md. Ismail Hossain, Lecturer (Hadith) Borhanuddin Kamil Madrasa; Maulana Md. Mizanur Rahman, Imam and Khatib, Borhanuddin Bazar Jame Mosque; Maulana A.S. Salam, Muhtamim, Ayesha Siddika Women`s Madrasa; Maulana Yusuf Aslami, Khatib, Borhanganj Bazar Jame Mosque; Maulana Habibur Rahman Al-Jajri, Muhaddis, Borhanuddin Kamil Madrasa; Maulana Shafiullah, Director, Talimul Quran Madrasa, Kachia Chowmahoni; Maulana Aminul Islam Sultani, Assistant Professor, Borhanuddin Kamil Madrasa; A.H.M. Waliullah, Vice-Principal, Borhanuddin Kamil Madrasa; Mufti Md. Rezaul Karim Burhani, Imam and Khatib, Daulatkhan Model Mosque; Maulana Md. Fazlul Karim, former Assistant Professor, Bhola Darul Hadith Kamil Madrasa; and Maulana Md. Salah Uddin, former Principal, Majmer Hat Fazil Madrasa. In the second session, specially for the Waz and Doa Mahfil, was presented by Alhaj Maulana Md. Mohibullah, Pir Sahib, Khankaye Bashiria, Batamara. The chief guest of the event was Amirul Mujahideen Alhaj Hazrat Maulana Mufti Syed Md. Rezaul Karim (Hafi.), Pir Sahib Charmonai and Amir, Islami Andolan Bangladesh. At the end of the speech, Pir Saheb Charmonai entrusted the symbol of the hand fan of the Bhola-2 (Borhanuddin-Daulatkhan) constituency of the Islamic Movement of Bangladesh, Mufti Imam Md. Rezaul Karim Burhani, to the audience, and called upon everyone to play a united role in implementing the ideals of the martyrs` sacrifice. Finally, the mahfil was declared closed with special prayers and supplications, seeking forgiveness for the souls of the four martyrs and the welfare of the country and nation.
