Authorities ban use of phones, social media in Srinagar Women College

MT Desk: The authorities have imposed a complete ban on the use of mobile phones and social media activities in Government College for Women, Nawa Kadal, Srinagar, Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the college administration has imposed strict disciplinary measures in this regard and warned of immediate suspension for any violation.

According to the notification, students have been directed to strictly follow the rules and regulations made to maintain discipline in the institution.

According to the order, the use of mobile phones has been completely banned in the college campus. Making reels, recording or making any kind of short videos etc. from mobile phones is not allowed.

The notification clearly states that uploading any kind of content on social media from the college premises has been banned.

The college administration has warned that any violation of this rule will result in immediate suspension without prior notice.

In addition, students are not allowed to place or receive online orders, including food and parcels, on campus.

The administration has also asked students to keep mobile phones on silent mode in their bags during class hours and strictly follow the instructions to maintain college discipline and a proper academic environment.
