Opposition leader pledges to honor referendum outcome in Japan address

Special Correspondent: Opposition Leader and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer, Dr Shafiqur Rahman, has reaffirmed his commitment to enforcing the outcome of the recent national referendum through movements both inside and outside of Parliament.  He made the declaration on Tuesday during a civic reception held at Shibukawa Welfare Center in Nagoya, organized by the local branch of Islamic Mission Japan.

The event drew a large number of the Bangladeshi diaspora from the Greater Aichi Prefecture, including community leaders, researchers, students, and professionals.
