This is to inform all the traders and brick kiln owners of Cox`s Bazar District and Ramu Upazila that all the companies which have received VAT registration have to have their registration certificate as per Section under 13 of the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 or displayed in a visible place. There are. Registered institutions that have not displayed their registration certificates in a visible place are requested to display them as soon as possible. Otherwise, a fine of Tk. 10,000/= will be levied as per Section-85 of the Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012.
