The grand opening of `Riverview Green City Limited`, a newly launched housing company with the slogan `Swapno Noy Really Riverview`, promising to materialize the dream of a natural and real Riverview accommodation in Dhaka was held in a restaurant at Sonargaon area in the city on Saturday (October 19) night.

The inaugural ceremony of the newly oriented housing company was marked with Doa and feast in the presence of the directors, stakeholders of the company, and renowned persons including religious scholars, University teachers and various professionals.

Shah Mohammad Saifullah Siddique, Boro Pir Saheb of Charchina Mezh Darbar Sharif was the chief guest on the occasion while Dr. Rafiqul Islam, Assistant Proctor of the University of Dhaka, Maulana Mufti Saiful Kabir, Khatib of Bangabhaban Jame Masjid, Advocate Md. Jahangir Hossain, Public Prosecutor (PP) of Anti-Terrorism Tribunal of Dhaka Judge Court,  Mr. Jahangir Alam, retired District and Sessions Judge, Mr. Fahim Faisal, Assistant Professor of Daffodil University,  Mr. Ruhul Amin, Assistant Professor of Asian University, Dr. Shamim Hossain, Assistant Professor of the University of Dhaka, three times National Best Teacher Award winner Dr. Riazul Islam Riaz, and eminent people from various professionals including  teachers, lawyers and government officials were present as the special guests.

Besides, prominent industrialists, businessmen, bankers, journalists, government officials and other dignitaries were also present.

Harun Or Rashid, Managing Director of Riverview Green City Ltd presided over the event while the program was conducted by the Ferdaus Rahman Rumi, the deputy managing director of the company. Many entrepreneurs and directors of the company were also present there.

On the occasion, Managing Director Harun Or Rashid said that the company`s project is providing land with 20% down payment within the affordable cost. Ready-made plots for sale are available in 3, 5 and 10 khata quantities.

According to the `Riverview Green City Limited` sources, customers will be privileged with some facilities including instant land registration and ownership on one-time payment.

Besides, the company has declared various offers for plot purchase from the day of inauguration till 31 December 2024.
