Real estate company ‘Swapno Shohor Properties Ltd. (SSPL)’ celebrated its first anniversary with the slogan ‘A Dream Flat Within Reach’—reflecting the commitment that ‘every family will own a flat’—while keeping the country`s low-income population in mind.

The organization celebrated its first anniversary on Wednesday (October 30) at the Bangladesh-China Friendship Conference Center in Dhaka, amidst a grand ceremony attended by a large number of visitors, buyers, and distinguished guests. The entire venue bustled with the presence of the invitees during this festive occasion.

Speaking as the chief guest at the event, Dr. Mohammad Rafiqul Amin, Chairman of Swapno Shohor Properties, said, "The housing crisis has become a major social issue in Bangladesh today. For many in the middle and lower-middle-income groups, the dream of owning a home remains unfulfilled. We aim to change this harsh reality. Swapno Shohor Properties is not merely a housing business; it is a trusted vehicle for realizing people`s dreams. The trust we have earned from the public in just one year of operation will provide further momentum to our journey ahead." He added, "We believe that everyone has the right to a better life. A luncheon was hosted for the invited guests at the conclusion of the program.
