APHC concerned over intensification of Indian colonial measures in IIOJK
  Date : 31-10-2026

Online Desk: The All Parties Hurriyat Conference has expressed grave concern over the intensification of Indian colonial measures in the territory, particularly the seizure of residential properties.

According to Kashmir Media Service, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas in a statement issued in Srinagar said that India was pursuing in occupied Jammu and Kashmir the same policy that Israel had adopted in Palestine.

He said that India and Israel are increasingly cooperating to coordinate their tactics of occupation, adding the Modi regime’s new domicile law for IIOJK is a reflection of Israeli settler colonial project.

He lamented that changing the demography of occupied Jammu and Kashmir is what Israelis suggested to India. Israel and India are two sides of the same coin, he added.

The APHC spokesman said peoples of Kashmir and Palestine have been fighting for their just cause of freedom for the past nearly eight decades and are demanding their UN-recognized right to self-determination.

Abdul Rashid Minhas said India and Israel are considered world’s two most internationally acknowledged countries involved in human rights violations and the world must come forward to help people of IIOJK and Palestine to secure their birthright.
