Dignitaries and scholars across various nations have observed that the Fifth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will stand as a milestone in history, reflecting the party`s firm conviction and resolute determination toward full and rigorous self-governance. At the same time, the CPC`s courage to engage in relentless self-reform and continually sharpen its governance capabilities has earned the deep trust and support of the Chinese people, ensuring sustained national development and steady progress.

Vilayvong Bouddakham, member of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Lao People`s Revolutionary Party, Secretary of the Central Inspection Committee, and President of the State Inspection Authority, remarked that the adoption of the "Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Unswervingly Advancing Full and Rigorous Party Self-Governance" carries profound historical significance. Under the leadership of President Xi Jinping, the CPC has grown increasingly stronger while steering comprehensive national development. Highlighting that Laos and China are "comrades and brothers," he underscored that Laos places immense value on drawing lessons from the successful governance experience of the CPC.

Ahmed Shaaban, General Secretary of the Egyptian Socialist Party, pointed out that the contents of the plenum`s communiqué offer rich and indispensable lessons for any political party seeking to consolidate its grassroots foundation, sustain vitality, and achieve balanced socio-economic growth. He noted that President Xi Jinping consistently puts the people front and center, with the CPC firmly upholding a people-centered philosophy of development, which he identified as the primary catalyst behind the CPC’s consecutive triumphs.

Imenda, Deputy Secretary General of Zambia’s United Party for National Development (UPND), stated that under President Xi Jinping`s stewardship, the CPC has steadfastly deepened full and rigorous self-governance, continuously self-purifying and improving while augmenting its systemic resilience. He described this capacity for disciplined self-renewal as a cornerstone of the CPC`s enduring success.

Moretti, an associate professor at Robert Morris University, observed that the plenum’s communiqué demonstrates how strict political discipline solidifies unity and provides an unshakable foundation for the CPC, guaranteeing the successful fulfillment of China`s new Five-Year Plan targets and paving the way for even greater developmental accomplishments.

Sergey Sanakoev, head of the Asia-Pacific Studies Center in Russia, emphasized that the profound significance of this plenary session lies in its systematic arrangements for party governance, the enhancement of the CPC`s governing capacity, and related strategic imperatives.
